Shipping & Returns Policy – UNALTERED
At UNALTERED, our mission is helping you achieve your goal(s). We do this through fully dosed formulations – using above-industry dosages of the most effective ingredients that net the best results. Hence, we take pride in making sure we deliver the highest quality products to help you along your personal fitness journey. If you feel that a product you ordered did not meet such standards of quality and performance, please give us a call or send us an email so that we can help you resolve the issue and make sure that we do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
We ship Monday through Saturday. All orders are shipped USPS Priority or USPS First Class.
Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the carrier’s system and update.
Our standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days for all items that are in stock. Most orders that clear payment authorization and are placed before 3:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or U.S. holidays. Extra time may be required for larger orders, international orders, and orders requiring additional customer information.
We will accept returns for orders that are damaged due to our fault and/or manufacturing defects within 30 days of the original purchase.
If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned product(s). All refunds for returned product(s) will be issued once the product(s) is/are returned (arrive) to us. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned after 30 days of original sale.
All Items are packed and shipped in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If by chance the product gets to you in a damaged fashion, please call us or email us ASAP to let us know so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the case is legitimate, we will send out a replacement order to you free of charge, but please reach out to us first as all cases are handled on an individual basis.
If a product is missing from your order, please contact us and once we verify claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
